Refund policy

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with the original seal, labels and packaging intact.

To request a return, contact us on +965 98818808. Once approved, our delivery team will arrange collection from the agreed location.

Return shipping

For returns within Kuwait, the customer pays a flat return shipping fee of 2.000 KWD. For returns from outside Kuwait, the customer is responsible for the full cost of returning the item to Kuwait. The customer is also responsible for the full shipping cost of an exchange.

Purchases delivered to the United States or Europe are not eligible for return.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, while the item remains unfulfilled. There is no cancellation fee or restocking fee. After dispatch or fulfillment, the return conditions in this policy apply.

Refunds and exchanges

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you to confirm whether the return has been accepted. Approved refunds are processed within approximately 2–3 weeks from collection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Return collection normally begins within 24 hours after the request is approved. Refund and exchange timing depends on receiving and verifying the item in its original condition.
